2. Reservations & Bookings
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Guests must provide accurate personal details at the time of booking.
- A valid payment method is required to secure reservations.
3. Payment & Cancellation Policy
- Payments can be made via credit/debit card, net banking, or approved payment gateways.
- Cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to check-in for a full refund. Late cancellations may be subject to charges.
- No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
4. Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in: 2PM | Check-out: 11AM
- A valid government-issued ID is required at check-in.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
5. Resort Policies
- Pets are allowed.
- Any damage caused to resort property will be charged to the guest.
- Guests must adhere to the resort’s guidelines for noise levels and conduct.
6. Liability & Disclaimer
- The resort is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
- Guests are responsible for their own safety; the resort is not liable for accidents, injuries, or unforeseen incidents.
